Transformation 24

One of the key differentiating factors that sets Australia Dental apart from the majority of organisations is our unending dedication to education. On top of cultivating positive workplaces with strong systems-based operations, we’ve instituted a 24 month learning program available for all clinic staff, management and dentists at every level of their development📚

For our dentists, we've designed our T24 (Transformation 24) program to streamline the post-graduate learning that every Dentist experiences once entering the industry 🦷

This program assists newly graduated dentists via our 'Graduate Dentist Accelerator’ program, which instils deep knowledge of how dental clinics actually work, provides great experience with X-Rays, anaesthetic, dentures, exo/endodontics, etc. and awareness of common mental + physical health issues in the dental industry.

From there, dentists can progress into our 'Implant & Prosthodontics Skill Elevator', or 'Orthodontics and Aligner Skill Elevator' to gain deeper knowledge in their chosen specialty.

Finally, dentists then have the option to pursue learning via our entrepreneurial business program to eventually open their own practice one day.

We’ve similarly designed our T24 program for our clinic employees  to streamline the entire learning process from trainee dental assistant all the way through to front desk leader. This program will first introduce trainees to the core elements of assisting dentists, including instrument terms, PPE and infection control.

From there, the program will split into 2 streams:

Stream 1 takes DA’s through the Head Nurse learning path, which is for those who have a passion for the physical art of dental assisting and want to take a leadership role in that skill set for the clinic they work at.

Stream 2 takes DA’s through the '2IC learning path', which gives staff all the skills and education to one day become a practice manager at an Australia Dental clinic facility. 

Now, if you are a Practice Manager you would access further growth & development via our 'Front Desk Leaders program' to become more comfortable and effective as a strong leader. 

Finally, in addition to clinic-centered learning, we offer an 'Entrepreneurial Business program' to foster entrepreneurial spirit within our group and assist individuals in manifesting any potential business ideas or opportunities they may have.
